Emma is terrific. She really knows her stuff and absolutely doesn't judge you, even when you mess up fundamental skills (I was re-learning my Pre-Calc skills with her and forgot how to multiply and manipulate fractions - basic stuff! Still, no judgement at all). Because she knows the material inside and out, she's able to offer multiple routes to understanding the concepts, which is really helpful since math can be quite abstract. What's more is that even when I was not enrolled in a course, she worked with me to create a self-study curriculum that we would go over over the course of about a month or so (from a book I had), allowing me to relearn critical skills. Really, can't recommend her enough. I hadn't reviewed certain fundamental math concepts for 2-3 years for some of them, but working with her gave me the confidence to make the leap to Calculus.
