I went to the University of Florida to earn my bachelor's degree in health science education. I served as a member of the U.S. Navy for eight years, where I was a nuclear electronics technician. As a tutor, I have a lot of experience. I started tutoring informally as a fifth-grader, but I've also assisted students within the Navy and at a community college. I love helping others learn, and it's exciting to help students work through learning obstacles to come to appreciate the subject. I enjoy explaining things that are difficult to understand in simpler ways. In my spare time, I like to read, sing, do arts and crafts, and do graphic design.
