Previous tutoring experience (non-professional) strictly to help others struggling in my math classes or friends in other courses
Experience
I have never tutored for money but many of my peers in every math class I have been in come to me for help and attend my "tutoring sessions" when I give them the time and place. I want to be a tutor because I love helping others learn especially because it helps me learn as well. After being one of the few students to pass my Calculus 2 class with an A and getting a near perfect paper on my final, my professor offered to write me a recommendation for anything that I would need it for.
