Every summer since I was 12 years old I tutored deaf/hard of hearing and some hearing kids in various subject areas. The students ranged from kindergarten through second grade. I tutored in reading, writing, math, social studies, and science. ACT Score: 21 I want to be a tutor because I have been tutoring for a long time and I love it. I enjoy working with kids. I have taken Educational Psychology. It is a course to help with how teachers think and also how students think. I graduated magna cum laude in high school from Palm Harbor University High School. I was also in the Center for Wellness and Medical Professions when I was in high school. I partook in the executive internship program for 3 semesters.
