I graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor's degree in French as well as one in Spanish. Originally from Brazil, I grew up primarily speaking Portuguese, but we would also frequently speak in English. I was 9 years old when we moved to Puerto Rico, where I began to learn Spanish. I believe that my multi-cultural background is what prompted my interest in languages. After I graduated from UCF, I became an English to Portuguese interpreter, as well as a Spanish tutor for college students. Now residing in Orlando, Florida, I continue to offer my Spanish tutoring services to college students in need. Assisting students with understanding verb conjugations is one of my favorite things as I truly love the Spanish language. From the College Reading and Learning Association, I have become a certified tutor nationwide and am confident that you will excel in learning this beautiful language.When I have free time, I read about how communities preserve endangered languages and enjoy helping the effort to revitalize a language when I can. Additionally, I enjoy music, the arts, yoga, reading -- especially Neil Gaiman -- and video games on occasion.
