Experience

I attended the University of Central Florida, where I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biology. I have spent quite a number of years tutoring students of all ages. While in college, I was a teacher at the local museum's science camp where I had to create and implement the lessons and activities. I have experience tutoring many different courses, but I enjoy English, Writing, and Science the most. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and study tips for Reading, Literature, Essay Editing, Environmental Science, Biology, Public Speaking, Marine Biology, Zoology, Life Sciences, and Paleontology. I am also available to help high school students prepare to take standardized tests, such as the ACT, PSAT, and SAT.  As a tutor, I try to get my students involved in the learning process, and hope to make the experience both enjoyable and valuable. At the present time, I work with a variety of students leading STEM workshops. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, woodworking, horticulture, and watching television. I look forward to having the opportunity to meet with you or your student to academic needs and goals.
