I graduated high school with a 4.1 weighted GPA. I'm currently a freshman at the University of Central Florida majoring in Aerospace Engineering.
Experience
I have taken AP calculus AB, AP English Composition and AP Literature, AP United States and World History, AP Human Geography, AP Italian AP Macroeconomics, AP American Government, and both honors and AP Physics 1. I scored a 27 on my ACT (composite score). Subsection ACT scores: reading-30. English-25. Math-24. Science-27. English/writing-24. I have tutored before in essay writing, mathematics and science. I started tutoring algebra in middle school when I took it. During that time, I was nominated for and competed in an algebra math competition against many other schools. While in high school, I was the president of SECME (engineering club) for two years, where my rocket won first place nationally. I enjoy tutoring--it allows me to keep up with past knowledge by teaching it to others. I enjoy helping someone achieve their goal towards a higher grade.

Hobbies
I do art in my free time, mostly drawing and sculpture, and I used to teach sculpture to children at a local art studio. I also volunteer with my church regularly and help mentor high school students in the SECME program (engineering club at the high school I attended). I am currently in the Lunar Knights club at UCF, where we design and build a working mars rover to test at NASA.
