Hobbies
I love art and art history from the Classical era to the modern. I consider animation to be the consummation of the visual and plastic art (I just really love cartoons). I'm nuts about music: Classical, jazz, and, yes, classic rock in particular. I have a nearly unwholesome addiction to reading; While literature is my first love and I also dig philosophy and history, I have skewed towards gardening and botany lately since I've been relishing having a lawn for the first time in years. I've been practicing and teaching karate for over a decade and this passion has led me around the country and across the globe to Okinawa (twice). I'm sure this sounds like a lot of boasting, but I want to make a good impression because I'm so eager to tutor!
