Tutored another student in AP Chemistry in high school. Tutored mostly on a personal level to friends in college for both Chemistry and Biology. SAT score of 1300, 580 Verbal and 720 Math. AP Chemistry score of 4. I want to be a tutor because I feel I can teach and impart wisdom but would be better at doing that on a 1 on 1 basis instead of in front of a classroom. I have taken all the classes I want to teach-biology, chemistry, AP biology and chemistry, algebra, history, government. I also have a degree in Medical Transcription and am currently working towards getting a degree in Medical Billing and Coding before looking for work in the field.
